1. Identification & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CrewCore website ("crewcore.online"), downloading ModMenuCrew, or purchasing any product, you represent that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Minimum age: You represent that you are at least 18 years old or, if under 18, that you have express consent from your legal guardian to use this service and make purchases.

ModMenuCrew is a third-party modification for Among Us. Usage may violate Among Us' Terms of Service and could result in account action by Innersloth LLC. You assume full responsibility for using the mod.

CrewCore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Innersloth LLC. Among Us is a trademark of Innersloth LLC.

2. License Grant

Upon obtaining a key (free or premium), you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use ModMenuCrew. This license:

• Permits: Personal use of the mod in Among Us on a single device at a time.
• Prohibits: Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompilation, copying, or any commercial use of the software.
• May be revoked at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.

Free keys expire when the game is closed and are limited to 5 active at a time. Premium keys have a duration based on the purchased plan.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ModMenuCrew is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to:

• Game bans, account suspensions, or progress loss in Among Us
• Data loss, hardware or software damage
• Temporary service or mod unavailability
• Incompatibility with future Among Us updates

Liability cap: In no event shall CrewCore's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days. If you use only the free plan, liability is limited to $0.00.

Force majeure: CrewCore is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, changes to the Among Us game, or actions by third parties.

4. Premium Payments & Plans

Premium features are offered via one-time payment (48h, Weekly, Lifetime) or recurring subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly). All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Digital product with instant delivery: The premium key is generated and delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery is confirmed when the key is displayed on screen and/or sent via email by Stripe. Activation occurs when binding the key to your hardware (HWID) in-game.

Billing descriptor: The charge will appear on your card statement as "CREWCORE" or "CREWCORE.ONLINE". If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us via Discord before disputing with your bank.

Recurring subscriptions: Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation ends access at the end of the already-paid period. No prorated refunds for early cancellation.

Payment methods: Credit/debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, processed by Stripe. Pix (Brazil) is handled manually and is not processed through Stripe — to pay with Pix, contact us on our Discord server (payment via LivePix).

HWID reset: You may reset your HWID once every 24 hours via the website. Resetting does not extend key duration.

5. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

CrewCore is a digital product with instant delivery. By completing your purchase and accepting these Terms of Service at Stripe checkout, you:

• Expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product.
• Acknowledge that the premium key is generated and delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
• Acknowledge that you are purchasing an intangible digital product that, once activated, cannot be "returned."

Right of withdrawal: Under applicable consumer protection laws, online purchases may be subject to a cooling-off period. For digital products with instant delivery, this right may be exercised only while the key has not been activated (not bound to any HWID), as activation confirms that the digital product has been fully delivered and its use has begun.

Conditions for refund:

• Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase, only if the key has not been activated (not bound to any HWID).
• After key activation (HWID binding), no refund will be granted, as the digital product has been fully delivered and its use has begun.
• Refund requests must be made via Discord, providing: email used for purchase, purchase date, and reason.
• Refunds are processed by Stripe and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Anti-chargeback policy:

• Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us via Discord. We will resolve your situation quickly and fairly.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: i.e., disputes filed after receiving and using the product: will result in: (a) immediate blocking of all keys associated with the account; (b) permanent ban from the platform (Discord ID, email, and IP); (c) formal dispute via Stripe with evidence of delivery and product usage.
• We maintain complete records of: purchase date/time, key delivery, activation (HWID binding), IP address, Terms of Service acceptance, and usage history.

6. Privacy Policy (LGPD: Law 13.709/2018)

Data controller: CrewCore Team. Data Protection Officer (DPO) channel: Discord.

Data collected on the FREE plan:

• Discord ID & Username: for authentication and free key binding. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 7, V).
• IP Address: for rate limiting and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX).
• Access logs: retained for 6 months as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Art. 15, Law 12.965/2014). Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 7, II).

Additional data collected on the PREMIUM plan (in addition to the above):

• Hardware ID (HWID): collected only for premium keys, used to bind the key to your device and prevent sharing. The free plan does NOT collect HWID — the free key is single-use and bound to your Discord account. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 7, V).
• Email Address: collected at checkout for identification, communication, and purchase evidence. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 7, V).
• Billing Address: collected at checkout for payment verification (AVS). Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 7, V).
• Payment Information: processed exclusively by Stripe (sub-processor). We never store card data, Pix credentials, or banking information on our servers.
• IP Address at time of purchase: stored as evidence for chargeback protection. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX).

Third-party sharing: Your data may be shared with: (a) Stripe, Inc. (payment processing); (b) Cloudflare, Inc. (security and CDN); (c) Discord, Inc. (OAuth authentication). We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

International data transfer: Your data may be processed on servers located outside of Brazil (United States and Europe). These transfers are conducted based on standard contractual clauses and in compliance with Art. 33 of the LGPD.

Data retention:

• Authentication data (Discord ID, IP): while the account is active.
• Purchase data (email, billing, HWID, IP): up to 2 years after purchase, for chargeback protection.
• Access logs: 6 months (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, Art. 15).
• Data is deleted or anonymized after the retention period, except where retention is required for legal compliance.

Your rights as a data subject (LGPD Art. 18): You have the right to:

• Confirm the existence of processing of your personal data.
• Access your personal data.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data.
• Request data portability.
• Request deletion of data processed based on consent.
• Obtain information about entities with which your data has been shared.
• Be informed about the possibility of not providing consent and its consequences.
• Revoke consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Discord. We will respond within 15 business days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security measures: We use TLS/SSL encryption on all communications, encrypted database storage, secure token authentication (HttpOnly cookies), and restricted access controls for personal data. Payment data is processed in a PCI-DSS Level 1 environment by Stripe.

Data provision: Providing your Discord ID and IP is mandatory for using the free service. Providing email, billing address, and HWID is mandatory for premium purchases. Refusal to provide this data makes it impossible to use the respective service.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following cookies and technologies:

• Session cookies (essential): required for authentication and site functionality. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Duration: browser session.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot verification to protect the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Managed by Cloudflare, Inc.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: anonymous traffic analysis (no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data collection). Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking, or remarketing. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to function.

8. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban:

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing keys (free or premium)
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying ModMenuCrew
• Attempting to bypass the key system, anti-tamper, or HWID binding
• Using bots, scrapers, or automation to generate keys
• Fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks)

9. Updates & Availability

CrewCore may be updated at any time to fix bugs, add features, or adapt to Among Us updates. Updates are free for all users during the active key period.

We do not guarantee compatibility with future Among Us versions. After game updates, there may be a period of unavailability until the mod is updated. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Art. 101, I of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via Discord and/or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. General Provisions

Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy contained herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrewCore.

Data confidentiality: Your communication data and access records are treated with confidentiality and will only be disclosed pursuant to a court order, in accordance with Art. 10 of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014).

14. Intellectual Property, Copyright & DMCA

Ownership. The CrewCore name, logo, website, and the original source code of the ModMenuCrew plugin are the property of the CrewCore Team and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The compiled ModMenuCrew.dll distributed in the official packages — identified by the SHA-256 hashes published at crewcore.online/#hashes — is our protected work. The license in Section 2 grants you a limited right to use the software; it transfers no ownership.

Third-party rights. Among Us is a trademark of Innersloth LLC. CrewCore is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Innersloth LLC. ModMenuCrew is a third-party modification.

Prohibited use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the ModMenuCrew binary or any CrewCore key, in whole or in part. Any binary that does not match the published hashes is unauthorized and is not distributed by us.

DMCA / copyright complaints. To report material that infringes CrewCore's copyright — including unauthorized copies, cracks, or resales of our binary or keys — send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the work (you may reference the hash table above); (b) the URL or location of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We review valid notices and act promptly. A party subject to a takedown may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information. We may terminate access for repeat infringers.
